    Ms. Bammert concentrates her practice at Racine & Associates in business, real estate, and public pension law. She has extensive experience assisting clients with entity formation, employment agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses and real property, leasing, and both commercial and private financing. She has been lead counsel on public pension litigation in federal district court and has substantial experience with appeal briefs.

    Beyond transactional matters, Ms. Bammert has spent a considerable amount of time litigating in state and federal court and her matters have resulted in numerous satisfactory settlements and verdicts for her clients. Ms. Bammert had the honor of being sworn into practice before the Supreme Court of the United States with members of the Oakland County Inns of Court.

    Ms. Bammert earned her law degree in 2009 from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class. During law school, Ms. Bammert worked for an in-house legal department, served as a judicial extern for two circuit court judges, and worked as a clinician in the Loyola Tax Clinic. Prior to law school, Ms. Bammert received her BA in English with a minor in Spanish from the University of Michigan.
