Maro E. Bush

  • Maro E. BushMs. Bush has over a decade of experience representing professionals and business entities, with an expertise in the health care sector, in the areas of entity formation, contract negotiation, licensing and regulatory actions, fraud and abuse compliance, and other state and federal laws. She has extensive litigation experience in federal court, assisting the government in the prosecution and settlement of a number of high-profile, multi-million dollar False Claims Act cases. Ms. Bush currently focuses her practice on business, real estate and public pension law.

    In law school, Ms. Bush served Vice President of the Women’s Law Association, was a Judicial Extern to Honorable Gerald E. Rosen in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and represented individuals seeking asylum in Ave Maria School of Law’s Asylum and Immigrant Rights Law Clinic. She lives in Birmingham with her husband Mark, their three children, and two dogs. When she is not practicing law, Ms. Bush enjoys the arts and culture in Detroit, hiking with her family, and spending time on Lake Michigan.
